Tracy Hines of New Castle, Ind. drove his Hannig Construction/Bailey's One Stop J & J to victory in Saturday night's 30-lap Stoops Freightliner Sprint Car race at the Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. The 20th "4-Crown Nationals" win was Tracy's fifth of the season as he led all but the first three laps after passing Derek Davidson.

Series point leader Tony Elliott extended his lead to 32 points over Jay Drake by finishing second at Eldora. The series concludes with the October 22 "Sammy Sessions Memorial" at the Winchester (Ind.) Speedway. Drake was fourth in the Eldora feature after starting at the back of the pack due to his qualifying time.

Trailing Hines and Elliott at the checkered flag were Eric Gordon, Drake and Kasey Kahne. Elliott was Friday night's fastest Turbines, Inc. qualifier, while Jason Knoke won a "non-qualifiers race" and heats went to Drake, Kevin Thomas, Jack Hewitt and Davidson. Greg Wilson won Saturday's 12-lap True Value semi.

Jim Moughan escaped injury in a flip at the end of Friday's fourth heat race.
