Two July USAC date changes have been effected, involving one MCI WorldCom National Midget Car event and two of the five scheduled events in USAC's brand-new Regional Dirt Track Midget Car Series.

The MCI WorldCom National/Regional Dirt-Track Midget Car race originally scheduled for Saturday night, July 8 at the Kokomo (Ind.) Speedway has been moved to Sunday night, July 9.

The Regional Dirt-Track Midget Car race which was rained out last Friday night at the Lincoln Park Speedway in Putnamville, Ind. has now been rescheduled for Saturday night, July 22.

A 40-lap feature is planned at the 1/4-mile Kokomo Speedway and a 30-lapper will conclude the program at the 5/16-mile Putnamville oval.

The Kokomo race, which affords points toward both the National and Regional Drit-Track Midget Car Series, will now serve as the opening event in the new Regional Dirt-Track Championship.
