INDY500, IRL: Cahill Racing Signs Major Sponsor for IRL Team

Cahill Auto Racing, Inc., has signed a long-term major sponsorship deal for their Pep Boys Indy Racing League team, reports Mack McClellan, the team's manager. Cahill, based in Cedar Rapids, IA, is owned by Larry Cahill.Big Daddy's BBQ Sauce & Spices Company and Big Daddy's Racing Company, based in Yukon, OK, is the new Cahill sponsor.
"Mack has worked hand in hand on this since early January, and we are pleased with this association," said Cahill.
"With the Cahill relationship with Big Daddy's, we now have all of the ingredients needed to be competitive and to win races in the future," said McClellan, who resides in Dayton, Ohio. "It's nice to have a company who is willing to show faith in your team for a long term deal as we enter the VisionAire 500K at Charlotte and the Indianapolis 500."
"Big Daddy's is excited about this association with Cahill," said Dan Lloyd, CEO of Big Daddy's. "We are looking forward to competition in the Pep Boys Indy Racing League."
McClellan said the sponsorship continues through the 2004 season.
