LAS VEGAS, Oct. 31, 2017 -- Delphi Product & Service Solutions today announced plans to increase the SKU count of its North American portfolio of new steering & suspension offerings by more than 50 percent by the end of 2018. Already the company has launched more than 2,000 SKUs this year.

Launched in February 2017, Delphi's North American steering & suspension product line is rapidly growing. It will include a full line of import and domestic vehicle parts -- control arms, sway bar links, tie rods, ball joints, and bushings, along with steering kits with all the accessories to do the complete job.

In the European automotive aftermarket, Delphi is recognized as one of the market leaders in steering & suspension. Leveraging that strong position, Delphi will offer new part numbers every 60 days over the next 14 months. Steering applications will include Volkswagen, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Acura, Honda, Lexus, Toyota and many more, covering more than 241 million vehicles manufactured from 1968 through 2016.

"The U.S. and Canada are important distribution channels for the continued growth of our steering and suspension line of products," said Alex Ashmore, President, Delphi Aftermarket. "The customers who currently recognize us as the most preferred fuel brand in the aftermarket will soon know and trust our same quality and service for all our steering and suspension products in North America."

Delphi steering parts are manufactured with robot welding for a consistent fit on every vehicle and are engineered to meet OE specifications for precision and durability.  Tested under extreme conditions (-40°F to over 248°F, exposed to 720 hours of salt spray), they are built for high performance with a special coating that helps prevent corrosion.

As an added benefit to help technicians, counterpeople and do-it-yourselfers alike, Delphi offers in-depth field training and support, along with an array of tools for diagnosing, replacing, and buying steering and suspension parts.

The company recently launched a new steering & suspension and fuel management app that is now downloadable on delphiautoparts.com as well as the Apple Store and Google Play. The steering portion of the app features control arm position name decoder, bad suspension system checklists, how-to videos, diagrams, diagnosis and repair tips as well as 360-degree views of Delphi parts.

Stop by the Delphi booth (#5027) at AAPEX to have a Delphi team member walk you through the app and help you find a control arm on the position finder.
