IndyCar - Open Test Session 3 Wrap Up

Sebring, Mar. 9, 2012: IndyCar wrapped up its 2012 open test and most drivers/teams seemed pleased by the results. Aside from typical teething issues, and getting comfortable with a new engine configuration and chassis characteristics there were no dramatic events.
