ANDRETTI AUTOSPORT MAZDA ROAD TO INDY NOTES AND QUOTES, PRE-RACE THE MILWAUKEE MILE
FIRESTONE INDY LIGHTS
STEFAN WILSON, #5 TEAM ANDRETTI AUTOSPORT CAR
"It's been a bit of a break since Indy, and even in Indy, we didn't have a lot of track time with the wet weather conditions. We did a test day in Milwaukee and made a lot of progress. I'm looking forward to going back to The Mile and making even more progress throughout the weekend. It's going to be important to use all of the track time we have to improve the car. We'll see what we can fight for when we get up there. I'm confident my Andretti Autosport team has what it takes to get to the front."

SAGE KARAM, #88 TEAM MAZDASPEED/ COMFORT REVOLUTION CAR
"The key here is to use the momentum from Indy to carry us up to the next step of the podium at Milwaukee. The whole environment on the team is pretty charged up right now and we need to ride this wave. Poppy and Yancy put together a solid oval program for the Comfort Revolution/MAZDASPEED car and the results of their program are already showing. "The Star Mazda series is a tough series. I often get reminded that I am younger even than all of the drivers in the USF2000 feeder series, and that I shouldn't rush it. But when the green drops, age doesn't matter, and the ovals really give me a chance to show the enthusiasm that I have to win. I am also really pumped to be competing on back-to-back IndyCar weekends in Milwaukee and Iowa. "The last day of school was Tuesday, so I am excited to move onto 10th grade and focus on racing for this summer."

SPENCER PIGOT, #8 TEAM MAZDASPEED/ SKIP BARBER CAR
"I'm very excited to be racing at The Milwaukee Mile. It has a lot of history and I've heard it's a great track. We learned a lot at Lucas Oil Raceway in May and I think we will be much stronger this weekend. We have been working hard and I'm confident the MAZDASPEED/Skip Barber car will be challenging for the win."
ZACH VEACH, #7 TEAM ZAKOSI DATA BACKUP CAR
"We are coming off a strong run at Indianapolis and I really want to thank my team, Andretti Autosport, for a strong race last month and although it wasn't a win, everybody did a great job and it felt really good to be back on the podium. The Night Before the 500 event was a good points race for me; we made a lot of ground up and we just have to keep our momentum rolling into Milwaukee this weekend. Working hard and staying on the podium these next races is going to be a battle all the way until the last checkered flag! "Milwaukee is going to be a fun race, especially having the full Mazda Road to Indy ladder series there in conjunction with the IZOD IndyCar Series. It gives us drivers the great opportunity to get in front of the fans and the teams. I'm really excited to put a strong result in for my new partner The Young Marines this weekend. With the storied history at Milwaukee, I want to be a part of that too!"
