Full Throttle Hard-Working Crew Award Goes To The Yellow And Black

DELAWARE, August 19, 2010: The awards keep on coming for Pro Stock ace Jeg Coughlin Jr. and the JEGS.com Chevy Cobalt crew.

Hot on the heels of his second victory in three NHRA Full Throttle series events at last weekend's Lucas Oil Nationals, Coughlin and his team were selected the NHRA Full Throttle Hard-Working Crew Award.

"We were sky high and certainly thought we'd have more success with a brand new engine from the shop,” Coughlin said. “But after struggling a bit in qualifying and then analyzing all the data, we decided to go back to the motor we had in Sonoma and, boom, that thing took us right to the top.”

For its performance at the Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals, the team will receive a check for $1,500, along with the opportunity to be named the overall NHRA Full Throttle Hard-Working Crew Award winner as determined by fan vote on NHRA.com at the end of the season.
