CRP Racing Fined For Mosport World Challenge Violation

TOPEKA, July 1, 2010: SCCA Pro Racing today assessed penalties on the No. 2 CRP Racing Chevrolet Corvette team as a result of a rules violation in the week prior to the World Challenge Championships event at Mosport International Raceway, May 21 – 23.

CRP Racing was fined $1500 and driver Ron Fellows was penalized 50 Drivers’ Championship points for violation of SCCA Pro Racing Article 1.3.5.3 prohibiting pre-race testing during the seven calendar days prior to the first day of official sessions.
