Louisville KY May 26, 2005; The Auto Channel.com has become the Number One Auto E-Zine in daily reach according to Alexa.

In spite of their 100 year brand name lead, the web versions of old line print magazines like; Car and Driver, Road and Track, MotorTrend, Automobile Magazine, as well as the new on-line only publications like The Car Connection, Roadfly and Autoblog.com now report less audience reach than does The Auto Channel.

"This proves correct the often used adage that 'Content is King'", said Marc Rauch Executive VP and Co-publisher. "We have always had confidence that our plan to invest in original editorial content, infrastructure and unique navigation would eventually take The Auto Channel further than an expenditure in noisy advertising and promotion...and it has".

Online since January 1996, The Auto Channel has set the pace for the delivery of automotive information and entertainment on the web. The Auto Channel was the first web site to provide New Car MSRP and Dealer Invoice prices for free, the first to use the web to unveil a new car model, the first to offer NASCAR in-car audio on the web, the first to regularly use streaming video and audio, and the first to offer car buyers all of the information they need to make a smart purchase which continues to this day.

"We are ready to take it to the next level" says Bob Gordon, President and Co-publisher, "we can now be sure that those ad agency folks that hold the purse-strings will need to take a closer look and include The Auto Channel in interactive media buys on a regular basis...our site offers more content, more text, video, images, audio and exclusive interactive automotive content. And now we can provide advertisers access to a larger audience than every other automotive E-Zine".

With the addition of INTEREVCO as National Advertising Rep and The Auto Channel's exclusive editorial features and special sensitivity for the needs and desires of its "auto enthusiastics" audience, the 10 year old on-line publication is poised to become an overnight success.
