DON PRUDHOMME RACING SUPPORTS RINGERS GLOVES 
 
INDIANAPOLIS (March 17, 2004) – Don Prudhomme Snake Racing and Ringers Gloves 
announced today that Ringers will be the official glove of Don Prudhomme 
Racing's three NHRA POWERade Drag Racing Series cars for the 2004 season. 

  Snake Racing consists of two Skoal Racing Chevrolet Funny Car entries 
driven by Ron Capps and Tommy Johnson Jr., and the Miller Lite Top Fuel dragster, 
driven by two-time POWERade Champion Larry Dixon. 

  Capps, a seven year veteran at Snake Racing, pilots the Skoal Racing Green 
Chevrolet Monte Carlo Funny Car.  Capps has 13 career victories, 15 runner-up 
finishes and three Bud Shootout Championships under his belt for Snake Racing. 
 Not to mention he's finished in the top 10 in points for seven straight 
seasons. 

  Johnson, driver of the Skoal Racing Blue Chevrolet Monte Carlo Funny Car, 
became the 14th driver to enter into the Cragar 4-second Club, beating his 
future boss, Don Prudhomme and Top Fuel legend, Kenny Bernstein.  The  2004 
campaign marks T.J.'s fourth season at Don Prudhomme Racing, while he has collected 
one win, six runner-up finishes and three consecutive top 10 points finishes 
to date. 

  The third facet of Don Prudhomme Racing is two-time NHRA POWERade Drag 
Racing Top Fuel Champion, Larry Dixon, who is a 10 year veteran of Don Prudhomme 
Racing. 

  Dixon first joined Don Prudhomme Racing in 1988, working on Snake's Funny 
Car before he jumped behind the wheel of the Miller Lite Top Fuel dragster 
full-time in 1995 and was named the NHRA Rookie of the Year.  Dixon has amassed 33 
career victories and has finished in the top 10 in points every year.
