RECORD TV RATINGS FOR ARCA RE/MAX SERIES ON SPEED

TOLEDO OH (3-20-03) With anticipation of future success, the
relationship between SPEED Channel and the ARCA RE/MAX Series continues
to flourish at an impressive and noteworthy pace.

This year’s live Daytona and Atlanta telecasts secured record ratings
for the SPEED-ARCA RE/MAX Series alliance.

It started with the 40th annual Advance-Discount Auto Parts 200 in
February at Daytona where the renowned tour, in its 51st season, opened
with a respectable 1.37 Nielsen rating equating to more than 800,000
homes in the initial broadcast. Through rebroadcasts, the event produced
an additional 700,000 homes bringing the total to 1.5 million overall.
To date, the Daytona telecast produced record viewership for a RE/MAX
Series race on SPEED.

"The ARCA RE/MAX Series has opened the 2003 season with impressive
ratings, confirming our decision to focus more on live and same-day
racing as the cornerstone of the SPEED Channel programming lineup," said
SPEED Channel President Jim Liberatore. "In a little more than a year,
SPEED has increased its race programming from 30 percent to closer to 70
percent and the viewers are responding."

The March Atlanta ARCA 400 answered with an impressive .95 for the live
telecast, which is the second highest rating for a RE/MAX Series race
televised on SPEED.

“We’re certainly proud of this news,” said ARCA President Ron Drager.
“Considering our relationship with SPEED Channel goes back a half dozen
years, when SPEED was known as Speedvision, it’s extremely gratifying to
see, in black and white, significant progress in terms of ratings. We
worked hard to get here, and I think it’s finally paying off.”

In 2003, SPEED Channel is the exclusive U.S. cable home for many of the
top motor sports series in the world, including Formula One, The Champ
Car World Series, the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, ARCA, USAC, World
Rally, ASA, IHRA, ALMS, Grand Am, F3000 and live coverage of AMA and FIM
motorcycle road racing events. Now available in more the 60 million
homes in North America, SPEED Channel is the fastest growing sports
cable network in the country and the home to NASCAR TV.
