Woodside Hot to Win at Altamont on Saturday Nght

July 16, 2002 (Saugus, Calif.) - Hopefully, the weather won't be the only hot
news this Saturday at Altamont Raceway Park in Tracy, Calif.

Once the sun goes down and the racing heats up, Sean Woodside, driver of the
#45 Lucas Oil/Ron's Rear Ends/NAPA Filters Chevrolet in the Featherlite
Southwest Series, NASCAR Touring, hopes to find himself on top of the 2002
championship battle.

Woodside currently follows first-place by just 19 points, with several top
contenders following closely behind him.

Woodside sizzles at 1/2-mile ovals like Altamont. His two Bud Pole Awards
and first-, second, and fifth-place finishes at Altamont are typical of the
results the seasoned champion driver has accumulated throughout his career
in NASCAR.

According to Woodside, "Both the crew and the car are ready. We're heading
to Altamont looking for a win. Even though we are really just past the
halfway point in the season, with such a tight battle it's anybody's guess
who will come out on top. We know we need to be completely on top of our
game from now until the end of the season to attain and stay in the lead."

Woodside's primary sponsor, Corona, Calif.-based Lucas Oil Products, is a
world leader in heavy-duty and high-performance lubricants and additives.
