TONY KANAAN
"We were running fast all day until the final five minutes of the afternoon
session. So, overall, we've got to be happy with where we are. But, for
some reason, when we changed tires at the end of the afternoon session like
everybody else did, the car got a little bit out of balance and we dropped a
little bit in the order. My car actually picked up just enough of a push in
Turn 2, so that's something we will have to fix for qualifying. At least we
know the problem and we know how to fix it, and I'm very confident we have a
good, comfortable race car that I seem to be able to drive anywhere on the
track. I ran 70 laps on the same set of tires from this morning into the
afternoon and the car felt great. We just need to fix what happened there
at the end of the day."
