VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Canada -- Arciero-Blair Racing with driver Max Wilson competed in round 15 of 21 events in the Championship Auto Racing Teams (CART) race Sunday in the Pacific Northwest. The FedEx Championship Series driver finished 25th.

The race looked promising for the team after running third in the race warm-up session. Wilson, driving the Ford-powered Lola, started 25th for the race that ran for 100 laps. Racing on the tight temporary street course he moved up to eighth place by lap 26. On lap 35 the Arciero-Blair Racing Driving 101 entry, lost power and Wilson pulled off the track. He was unable to continue due to an electrical problem with the ignition switch.

The FedEx Championship Series continues in two weeks on Saturday, September 15 at its first ever CART race in Europe. The race will be held at the newly built EuroSpeedway in Klettwitz, Germany. An inaugural race, the German 500 will be on the two-mile oval and will air on ESPN Television Network at 7:30 p.m. EST live.
