AUTO CENTRAL & COSTA MESA, CA - June 15, 2001 - AllRace Magazine and The Auto Channel have agreed to the formation of an exclusive marketing and promotional alliance. AllRace (http://www.allracemagazine.com) is delivered weekly via the Internet and provides weekly news and op-ed coverage on domestic and international racing and performance topics. The ePublication is currently shipped to over six thousand commercial and industry readers in twelve countries. The Auto Channel (http://www.theautochannel.com) is the leading eProvider of news, information and streaming broadcast programming related to general automotive topics and sustains over 600,000 audited unique web visits per month.

Subscriptions to the magazine, advertising space and other AllRace products will be made available directly through The Auto Channel gateway. The Auto Channel will, in turn showcase AllRace Magazine throughout its pages, and take full advantage of the magazine’s staff of professional motorsports journalists to enhance its own race programming, products, and services.
