Dr. Norbert Suedhaus Named as Cosworth Technology CEO

    NOVI, Mich., May 18 Cosworth Technology has announced that
Dr. Norbert Suedhaus will succeed Dr. Klaus Blickle as its Chief Executive
Officer.
    Dr. Suedhaus (45) will assume the role of CEO on June 1, 2001.
Dr. Blickle (46) is leaving Cosworth Technology on his own account to take up
a senior management position at a company based in the USA.
    Prior to joining Cosworth Technology, Dr. Norbert Suedhaus headed Testing
Operations in the Technical Development department at AUDI AG in Ingolstadt.
He joined AUDI AG in 1988 and has held various positions in engine development
and production at Audi sites in Neckarsulm, Ingolstadt and Gyoer.  He started
his career at FEV in Aachen after completing his studies of mechanical
engineering at RWTH Aachen.  Dr. Suedhaus is married and has two children.
