Sprints, UMP Modifieds, & Indiana Super Stocks expected to display

BLOOMINGTON, IN - Bloomington Speedway's season will begin on April 22 with a car show at the Bloomington Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse located at 3000 West Third Street in Bloomington from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Sprint cars O'Neal Wood Products UMP Modifieds, and Tire & Wheel Center Indiana Super Stocks will be on display. There is no charge for either race teams or fans.

The car show is held each year to give the fans an opportunity to see their favorite driver and his car before the season begins to take its toll on both. It also gives the fans a good opportunity to get to know the drivers, car owners, and crew people a little better. Everybody will have plenty of time to talk to the fans and will be able to give them the attention that they deserve.

A car show is also a good time for the fans to meet and talk to track officials.

As an added feature for the 2001 season, our sales manager, Chuck Welch, will be on WSKT (93.7 FM) out of Spencer each Wednesday morning at 8:45 AM and on WQKC out of Seymour each Wednesday at 12:30 PM. Tune in and listen to Chuck for the latest news of Bloomington Speedway.
