Porsche Vehicles at the 2004 LA Auto Show

Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet
Porsche’s 2004 Turbo Cabriolet is based on the existing 911 Turbo Coupe, and is powered by a 3.6-liter, turbocharged 6-cylinder engine producing 415 horsepower that accelerates the Turbo Cabriolet from 0 to 60 mph in 4.3 seconds and gives it a top speed of 189 mph. The power-operated convertible top raises or lowers in 20 seconds.

Porsche Carerra GT (North American Debut)
Equipped with a 5.7-liter, V10 engine that produces 605 horsepower mated to a racing-style 6-speed manual transmission, the Porsche Carrera GT is virtually a street-legal prototype racing car. The race-bred suspension and aerodynamic package keeps the car stable at speeds in excess of 200 mph and enable it to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in under 3.9 seconds.

Porsche Cayenne V6 (North American Debut)
Making its North American debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show is the newest addition to Porsche’s line of Cayenne SUVs (including the Cayenne S and Turbo), the Cayenne V6. Called simply Cayenne, this new 4-door, 5-passenger model will be powered by a 274-horsepower V-6 engine. Performance figures include a top speed of 133 mph and 0 to 60 mph acceleration of under 9.1 seconds.
