Under the hood is a 6.0-liter, 345 horsepower V-8 mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission. Both 2- and 4-wheel drive versions are offered. |

Cadillac Escalade EXT Cadillac pioneered the concept of a luxury sport utility truck with the Escalade EXT,and for 2004, changes include new standard equipment such as XM Satellite Radio, towing package and tire pressure monitoring system. In standard configuration, the Escalade EXT features a 5-passenger cab and a 5-ft. 3-in. cargo box. The Midgate system can, without tools, expand available cargo area to haul 4 x 8-ft. sheets of plywood. |

Cadillac Escalade ESV The full-sized Escalade ESV is 22 inches longer than the standard Escalade, and is powered by a 6.0-liter, 345 horsepower V-8 engine delivering power to all four wheels through a 4-speed automatic transmission. New for 2004 is the Platinum Edition, distinguished by special 20-inch alloy wheels, heated and cooled first- and second-row seats, and a center console with heated and cooled cupholders. |
