The purpose is to create and maintain a clean, safe and healthy sport which may be enjoyed by a father, son, mother and daughter in close relationship with better sportsmanship. Boys and girls compete together in motor-driven vehicles in close competition, racing against children their own age group under strictly adhere to rules affecting each class" in their words.
