Beaver Motor Coaches 20545 Murray Rd. Bend, OR 97701 USA Parent Company: Monaco Coach Corporation Web site: http://www.beavermotorcoaches.com In a small central Oregon town, the Beaver Motor Coach company began with a small operation building hand-crafted motorhomes. Over the three decades since that meager beginning, Beaver has cultivated a reputation for beautiful woodwork, attractive fabrics, comfortable furnishings as well as power and performance. Meanwhile, in a neighboring Oregon town, Monaco Motorhomes was establishing itself as the premier manufacturer of highline luxury motorhomes and became well known for outstanding diesel coaches. Monaco purchased Holiday Rambler in 1996, providing the company with an outstanding lineup of gasoline and diesel motorhomes as well as towable RVs. In the latter half of the 1990s, Monaco began to emerge as a major force in the RV industry. In 2001, these two story lines converged as Beaver and the innovative Safari brand both became a part of Monaco Coach Corporation. The result is a stronger organization with wide-spread resources. Beaver is exclusively devoted to manufacturing three lines of high-line diesel pusher luxury Class A motorhomes. The roots of Monaco Coach Corporation run back to 1968 with the formation of Caribou Coach Corporation. The company soon evolved into Monaco Motorhomes, Inc., and out of that organization Monaco Coach Corporation was born in 1987. Headquartered in Coburg, Oregon, with additional production facilities in Elkhart and Wakarusa, Indiana, Monaco has been a public company since 1993, traded on the NY Stock Exchange under the symbol MNC.
