Saab Vehicles at the 2004 LA Auto Show

Saab 9-3 Convertible
The Saab 9-3 Convertible was inspired by the U.S. market and originally launched in 1986. The 4-seat Convertible is all-new for 2004, and two trim levels are offered, the 9-3 Arc and 9-3 Aero, both equipped with a one-touch powered soft top and a 210-hp 4-cylinder turbocharged engine. The 9-3 Convertible is built in a new production facility at Magna Steyr Fahrzeugtechnik, near Graz, Austria.

Saab 9-5
Saab’s 9-5 lineup includes both sedans and SportWagons, in Linear, Arc and Aero versions, each with unique interior equipment and trim, wheel package and powertrain. The 9-5 Aero is powered by a more aggressive 2.3-liter, 4-cylinder turbocharged engine producing 250 horsepower and includes a two-day intensive driver training session held at the Road Atlanta racetrack, located near Saab’s U.S. headquarters in Norcross, Georgia.

Saab 9-2X (World Debut)
Making its World Debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show, the all-new 9-2X will be the first Saab to have standard all-wheel drive – and the first ever to be built in Japan. Two 5-door versions will be available, as well as a choice of standard or turbocharged 4-cylinder engines.
