Mazda Vehicles at the 2004 LA Auto Show

Mazda3
The MAZDA3 is a compact car available in both 4- and 5-door body styles and in three trim levels: MAZDA3 i 4-Door (2.0-liter engine), MAZDA3 s 4-door (2.3-liter engine) and MAZDA3 s 5-Door (2.3-liter engine). The 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder engine produces 144 horsepower, while the 2.3-liter version puts out 160 horsepower.

Mazda MAZDASPEED MX-5 Miata (North American Debut)
According to the Guinness Book of World Records, Mazda’s Miata is the world’s best-selling sports car. Making its North American debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show, Mazda’s MAZDASPEED MX5 Miata is a high-performance 2-seater powered by a turbocharged 1.8-liter, 178 horsepower 4-cylinder engine.
Mazda RX-8
The RX-8 is Mazda’s unique 4-door, 4-seat sports car powered by the only rotary engine currently in use in a production vehicle. RX-8 is available as either a 238-horsepower model fitted with a 6-speed manual transmission, or a 197-horsepower model fitted with a 4-speed automatic with Sport Shift.
