Race to Indy Giveaway

1. To Enter:

No purchase necessary to enter the drawing for the Race to Indy Giveaway. You may enter the contest once during the contest period. To be eligible to enter you must submit your name, address, e-mail address and phone number and follow the directions set forth in the contest section of the free area of the CBS SportsLine service.

2. Contest Period:

The contest will open on April 21, 1997 and end on May 25, 1997.

CBS SportsLine is not responsible for any interruptions of the Service or mechanical or technical failures of any sort.

3. Selection of Winners

Five Hundred (500) winners will be selected by a random computer process from all entries received during the contest period. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Decisions made by CBS SportsLine (the "Judges") are final in all matters related to this promotion.

4. Prizes:

Five Hundred (500) Limited Edition Commemorative Race Pins (approximate value=$10.00 ea)

5. Eligibility:

The contest is open to U.S. and Canadian residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and consultants of CBS SportsLine and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and members of the immediate families of any CBS SportsLine employee or consultant (immediate family is defined as parent, sibling or any person residing in the same household as employee or consultant) are not eligible to play. Recipients of complimentary CBS SportsLine accounts (this excludes new member "no obligation" / free trial memberships ) may participate in the contest but will not be eligible for prizes. Void in Quebec Province and where prohibited by law.

6. General Conditions:

By participating, each participant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the judges which shall be final and binding in all respects. Canadian winners will be required to correctly answer, without assistance whether mechanical or otherwise, a timed mathematical skill testing question to be administered over the telephone at a mutually convenient time. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. Participants agree to CBS SportsLine's use of their names and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted except by CBS SportsLine. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. CBS SportsLine reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the game. CBS SportsLine is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected online entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by contestant or an equipment or technical malfunction or for any equipment or technical malfunctions or errors. All federal, state and local laws apply. CBS SportsLine reserves the right to halt the contest at any time during the contest period.

Contestants may not play with multiple e-mail addresses, nor may contestants use any other device or artifice to play multiple times or as multiple contestants. Any contestant who attempts to play with multiple e-mail addresses, under multiple identities, or uses any other device or artifice to play multiple times, will be disqualified.

7. Winners List:

Winner will be notified of their status via email, phone or mail message. CBS SportsLine is not responsible for incorrect email addresses, phone numbers or mailing addresses.
