All-new Camry Prices: RMB 179,800 to 279,800

Shanghai (Gasgoo)- It is reported that the order quantity of 8th generation Camry almost reached 30,000 units. It only took one month since the product went public on China’s auto market on November 16. As Toyota's first strategic sedan created on TNGA platform in China, 8th generation Camry is very popular among Chinese auto consumers.

There are 3 series of 8th generation Camry which are Camry, Camry Sport and Camry Hybrid. According to order statistics, 61% of customers chose Camry, 20% selected Camry Sport and 19% of customers ordered Camry Hybrid. From the aspect of displacement, there are 70% of consumers choosing vehicles of 2.5L. 20% of consumers chose the sport version and the hybrid version occupied 20% of orders. Reportedly, 8th generation Camry will reach stores for selling later this month.

Three series with 9 models in total, the prices of 8th generation Camry are between RMB 179,800 to RMB 279,800 .

The best selling point for 8th generation Camry is that it is designed and produced on the platform of TNGA (Toyota New Global Architecture). Nearly all components have been redesigned with the most advanced technologies.

In 2018, based on TNGA platform, Toyota will continuously launch some new vehicles, such as Toyota C-HR, new Toyota Aurira, etc.
