2000 Chevrolet Camero Z28 -- Rocketed by a 346 cubic inch aluminum-alloy LS1 V-8 engine, the 2000 Camero Z28 SS pumps out a hearty 320-horsepower (at 5200rpm) and 345-lbs-ft of torque (at 4400 rpm). Restyled in 1998, the Z28's $4,000 SS option includes numerous performance features, nomenclature, and a fully functional NACA duct scoop within its fiberglass hood. For 2000, the Camero received only minor changes.
