Cars looking forward to a second or third restoration have prompted a drop in average values for TD and TF models. $22,000 will now buy a reasonable TF in need of a respray and some minor mechanical work. Similar TDs cost $17-$18,000. A high proportion of very good cars on offer have pushed TC values up but these prices may not be sustained. Concours-condition TC and TF models will top $40,000, cars suitable for restoration are under $10,000.
