Wallace's Win Stands Fans of Rusty Wallace can breathe a little easier tonight as his win yesterday in the Pontiac Excitement 400 stands. His engine was checked out today at NASCAR facilities and it did indeed meet the compression requirements. Rusty Wallace wins the Pontiac 400 Rusty Wallace won an exciting finish in the Pontiac Excitement 400. Geoff Bodine finished in second and Dale Jarrett came across the line in third.
