Carey International Announces Major Expansion in Europe; - Company Expands Service Capabilities in Paris, Monte Carlo, and Rome -WASHINGTON, Jan. 15 Carey International, Inc. today announced that it has acquired a second chauffeured vehicle service company in Paris and destination management companies in Monte Carlo and Rome. The combined annualized revenue of the three companies is approximately $20.5 million. With the acquisition of a second company in Paris, Carey continues to execute on its strategy to become the dominant player in the chauffeured vehicle services industry in the key travel gateways of London and Paris. The newly acquired destination management companies will operate with Carey International's Allied Travel France under the name, Allied Travel Europe, the first network of DMCs under common ownership to serve corporations and meeting planners throughout the world. Vincent A.
