Harley-Davidson Authorized Rentals Announces "I Dream of Harley" Contest Winners

    MILWAUKEE, Oct. 13 James White of Huntsville, Ala., has
been named grand prize winner of the "I Dream of Harley" contest sponsored by
Harley-Davidson Authorized Rentals.  The contest marked the launch of the
first-ever motorcycle rentals program backed by the Harley-Davidson Motor
Company. (1)
    White's essay was chosen out of more than 6,500 entries received from
qualified motorcycling enthusiasts from across the country.  As grand-prize
winner, White will receive a complimentary seven-day rental from the Harley-
Davidson Authorized Rentals location of his choice.  The complimentary
motorcycling vacation also includes: lodging for the week, round trip airfare
and $500 in spending money.

    In addition to White, six semi-finalists will receive complimentary
Harley-Davidson Authorized Rentals for up to three days.

assured a current model, low-mileage, genuine Harley-Davidson motorcycle that
has been serviced and maintained according to Harley-Davidson Motor Company
standards.  Each rental experience includes the use of a Harley-Davidson DOT-
approved helmet, rainsuit, 24-hour roadside assistance and ample short-term
luggage storage at the Harley-Davidson Authorized Rentals location.
