Martin is Named Hella VP for NAFTA Sales and Marketing
    PLYMOUTH, Mich., Sept. 28 David Martin has been named vice
president of NAFTA Sales and Marketing for Hella North America, Inc.,
according to Joe Borruso, president and chief executive officer, Hella North
America.
    Martin's responsibilities will include overseeing Hella's business
relationships with DaimlerChrysler as well as their Japanese and European
customers.  He also will manage sales to other Tier One suppliers and Hella's
heavy-truck clients, as well as directing marketing initiatives for all Hella
North America accounts.
    Prior to joining Hella, Martin held sales and marketing positions at
Takata Holdings, Inc., where he successfully initiated and developed the
firm's airbag, seat belt and electronics business with Ford Motor Company.
    Martin holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Eastern
Michigan University and a master's degree in business administration from
Central Michigan University.
    He currently resides in Livonia with his wife and two children.
    Hella is a leading tier one supplier of lighting, electronic equipment,
sensors and complete vehicle front-end modules to the auto industry.  The

employees at more than 30 production locations in 16 countries throughout the
