Treat Your Car to a Spa Day; Acura Sponsors National Owner Appreciation Week

    TORRANCE, Calif., Sept. 13 Like you, your car deserves a
little pampering every now and then.  During the week of September 17th
through the 23rd, Acura dealers nationwide will be celebrating Acura Owner
Appreciation Week and are inviting owners to bring their cars in for a little
TLC.  Acura dealers will be offering complimentary, no obligation vehicle
inspections and diagnostic reports on all Acura models.
    "It's a way of saying thank you to our customers," said Chuck Kendig,
manager, Acura parts and service marketing.  "We want our owners to benefit
from being a part of the Acura family so this week dealers nationwide will be
dedicated to ensuring all their customers' vehicles are in top form."
    With winter just around the corner, fall is a good time to evaluate your
vehicle's overall health.  At Acura dealerships, cars will undergo a
multi-point inspection and owners will be provided with a comprehensive,
diagnostic report detailing their vehicle's condition.
    Acura owners will be notified of Owner Appreciation Week through an
intensive direct mail campaign.  Just like your local spa, reservations are
