Kingsley Coach Discusses its Strategies in Internet Interview

    MIDDLEBURG, Pa. - Terry Watkins, Chief Executive Officer of The Kingsley Coach Inc. participated in an in-depth interview with Wall Street Webcast.

    In that interview, Mr. Watkins discussed the status of Kingsley Coach's new standard models, the Company's marketing strategy, and the Company's outlook for future profits.

    During the interview, which can be accessed at Mr. Watkins stated that all of the new standard models are in various stages of production and will shortly be coming off the production line. He stated that he expects the new standard models to "become sixty to eighty percent of the market mix in the not too distant future," and that the Company "already has repeat orders for all of them."

    Mr. Watkins also restated that the Company's confidence as regards profits, emphasizing that Kingsley expects to show a profit for the quarter ending September 30, 2000 and thereafter, saying "It was our belief that once we got done with design and development, that the sales would increase, we would be able to establish more efficient production methods, and the profits would follow: that is still the case."

    Mr. Watkins, in responding to a question regarding Kingsley's dependence upon a strong economy, he admitted that any high dollar luxury item is dependant upon a strong economy; however, he made it clear that the Company's management spends their time and energies on matters within their control.

    To that end, he discussed the Company's recent actions in the marketing arena. "We are embarking upon a very unified and holistic marketing strategy," which was enhanced by the marketing contract with Typecase Multimedia, and which will include more aggressive advertising and increased presence at promotional events.

    Mr. Watkins also discussed the Company's plan to visit major centers to more thoroughly introduce Kingsley to the financial markets. He stated the objective of the tour: "Simply to gain exposure. . . to make the financial community more aware of the Company's product and investment potential," making clear that investor relations will remain a top company priority.
