Free ticket promotion for the 2000 AMA Chevy Trucks U.S. Superbike

7 July 2000

Free ticket promotion for the 2000 AMA Chevy Trucks U.S. Superbike
Championship season finale at Willow Springs International Raceway

Hansyllan Motorsports is pleased to announce a special promotional offer in
conjunction with Team Hammer Advanced Riding Schools and Track Rides.

Anyone participating in the Team Hammer Advanced Riding School or Track
Ride at Willow Springs International Raceway scheduled for September 27,
2000, will also receive a free 3-day general admission ticket to the AMA
Chevy Trucks U.S. Superbike Championship Final on September 29, 30, and
October 1, 2000.

Team Hammer Advanced Riding Schools are designed to teach riders new to a
closed-course riding environment the basics of riding on a race track. The
all-day school includes both classroom and on-track instruction. Some of
the topics covered include suspension set-up and mental preparation, to
proper turning lines and breaking techniques. While orientated to the
beginning track rider, the school can be beneficial to the experienced, as
well.

On April 27th, Dan Mole, a principle of Hansyllan Motorsports, and veteran
of several track days, attended the Team Hammer Advanced Riding School at
Willow Springs. "Having attended a different track school in 1999, I
thought the information would be mostly repetitive. However, the relaxed
atmosphere and the enthusiasm and experience of the instructor, Michael
Martin, encouraged me to ask questions that I otherwise might have thought
were stupid!" reported Dan. "Also, the initial slower-paced on-track
sessions took the pressure off to try and go fast. I was able to
concentrate on the track lines and braking points and not be concerned with
how intimidating the big track at Willow Springs can be."

Dan went on the say; "I guess the benefit of the school was evident the
next time on the track in May. My lap times dropped by about 10 to 12
seconds. Obviously, I am very pleased with the result! No question the
school would be a tremendous benefit to nearly every rider out there."
Team Hammer Track Rides are open track sessions for graduates of the Team
Hammer Advanced Riding School or other recognized schools. If you have
previously attended a Team Hammer Advanced Riding School or other
recognized schools, you may attend a Team Hammer Track Ride. Each Team
Hammer Track Ride consists of two or more hours of track time, along with
informal discussion groups between on-track sessions. While instructors and
control riders will be riding during the on-track sessions, participants do
not have to follow instructors or stay in a group.

When signing up for the school at Willow Springs on September 27th, you
will also be automatically added to the list for tickets to the AMA Chevy
Trucks U.S. Superbike Championship Final tickets. ###
