Automanufacturing on the Web - A New Car for a New Century

MALIBU, Calif. - XCorp, a west coast R&D company has developed and patented
technologies that will help bring "Old Tech" industries, such as the automobile,
into the 21st Century. It has also created an entirely new business model for
the auto industry -- Web based, build-to-order, next generation cars delivered
overnight. XCorp intends to change the way we envision, build, order, use and
dispose of the next generation of automobile. As the new century opens America
is already facing escalating oil prices and further proof that car pollution is
directly linked to many of our health problems as well as the earth's recent
climate changes. The call for a Next Generation Automobile to be brought to
market is louder and louder from environmental, health groups and even the auto
companies. Recent developments by the leading companies developing fuel cell
technology could soon solve the power plant side of the equation. But what
about the rest of the car?

XCorp has developed a one-piece all-composite chassis / body combining the
latest in Information Technology with advanced materials, aerospace structures
and agile manufacturing. XCorp also developed another essential element -- a
simplified manufacturing system based on self assembly and all-composite
modules that cuts the current need for high labor, machinery and energy costs.
The end result is digital control of the entire lifecycle of the vehicle from
design and engineering to manufacturing and distribution to service and
recycling. All combined, this technology creates a 21st century business
model for the auto industry promising rapid model changes, click-to-order
overnight delivery, and higher operating margins for the industry.

The Advanced Vehicle Alliance was founded by XCorp to facilitate building
a prototype to demonstrate the automotive applications of our technologies. A
vehicle has been designed that uses a "virtual" wiring system, drive by wire
technology, an all electric drive train and the aforementioned one piece
all-composite chassis / body. With XCorp's materials and methods this next
generation vehicle can offer many more models; exhibit better crash and fuel
safety; pollute far less during manufacturing, use and recycling; and carries a
lower sticker price.
