Daewoo Posts 350% Sales Increase

May 2000 sales continue Daewoo Motor America's record sales pace.
    COMPTON, Calif. - Public recognition of Daewoo's industry first Customer 
Maintenance Allowance, that provides the owner of any Daewoo automobile up to 
$1000 in maintenance for the first 3 years or 36 thousand miles of ownership and 
the Daewoo Savings Time APR program, (now extended through June 30, 2000)
continues to propel Daewoo's sales momentum.

    May's 5505 sales represent a 218% increase over May 1999.

    Daewoo remains the fastest growing Car Company in America with year to
date sales of 27,185; a 350% increase over the first five months of 1999.

    Daewoo's exceptional line-up of price/value models is expected to set new
sales records in June as the summer selling season begins.
