    LONDON--March 24, 2000--Skynet Telematics.Com (OTCBB:SKYI) today announced the sale of the exclusive rights to exploit the USA Motorcycle market for the unique SKAMP Motorbike Telematics product for a payment of US$777,000 plus 5% of annual profits.
    Skamp Motorbike Telematics offers motorcycle riders vehicle security, with motion and crash sensors as well as full communication through Helmet originated speakers and microphones allowing GSM phone calls using a specially designed 4 button kit. The Skamp motorbike, communicates GPS positioning data to a central monitoring station using SMS (short message system).
    In the event of an attempted theft, accident, emergency or if the rider is thrown from the motorbike, the central monitoring station is alerted and an immediate response by emergency vehicles is made to the exact location of the motorcycle.
    The life saving Skamp motorbike provides motorcycle users with vehicle security, driver and passenger security, telecommunications, pro-active tracking, pro-active routing, full concierge service and Internet access.
    At an anticipated all in cost (including cost of hardware and fitting) of only US$2.00 per day, on a 3 year contract, this product is expected to substantially reduce insurance costs and achieve a high level of demand, with the USA consortium estimating sales of in excess of 50,000 units by the end of 2003.
