    PHOENIX, March 20 Titan Motorcycle Co. of America
announced today that Fender Musical Instruments Corporation(R)
has selected Titan's Phoenix(TM) model motorcycle as the Grand Prize in its
nationwide Fender Bullet(R) String $100,000 Prize Giveaway contest, now
through December 31, 2000.  Full-color promotional announcements and contest
details will appear in prominent music magazines, retail stores, and on-line
at Fender's website http://www.fender.com.
    "Fast bikes and rock 'n' roll are synonymous.  We make the best electric
guitars and amplifiers in the world, and it was only logical for us to choose
the world's best motorcycle as our first-prize offering," said Fender's
Director of Promotions, Bill Cummiskey.  "Titan is clearly the leader in
high-end, prestigious motorcycles, so it was a natural fit," he added.
