Oilgear Declares Quarterly Dividend

    MILWAUKEE--March 15, 2000--Directors of The Oilgear Company declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable April 10, 2000, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2000.
