    MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 14 -- Autoco.com (OTC Bulletin Board: AOOO)
(http://www.autoco.com) today announced a strategic alliance between Repo Depo(R),
(http://www.repodepo.com) distributors of re-possessed vehicles, Insurance Canada and
AOOO's wholly owned subsidiary TheMotorPages.com, an Internet portal that
promotes, locates and facilitates the sales of automobiles and automotive
products.
