Jesse Ventura to Speak at Cold Weather TOPTEC
    WARRENDALE, Pa., Jan. 20  Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura
is scheduled to be the honored guest speaker at a dinner hosted by Lake of the
Woods Industrial Development Commission during the SAE Cold Weather Vehicle
and Component Testing: Standards and Evaluation Procedures TOPTEC on
February 3-4, 2000 in Bemidji, Minnesota.
    The purpose of the TOPTEC (TOPical TEChnical symposium) is to update
vehicle and component engineers, managers, and researchers on
state-of-the-art, cutting-edge technologies from experts in the field of cold
weather research.  A Ride and Drive has also been scheduled as part of the
program on February 3 at the Automotive Enviro Testing (AET) cold weather test
facility in Baudette, Minnesota.
