AutoSmart U.S.A. Enters Exotic and Collectibles Market With Silent Auctions; AutoSmart U.S.A. Expands Pre-Owned Luxury Division

    JERSEY CITY, N.J.--Nov. 17, 1999--In a natural extension of its present business, Interactive Multimedia Network, Inc., (OTC BB:IMNI), through its wholly-owned subsidiary AutoSmart USA, Inc., will expand its inventory of luxury pre-owned automobiles as well as make available to its clients a selected inventory of luxury exotic and rare vintage automobiles.
    Fast becoming a major Internet portal for online sale of new cars, trucks, and SUV's, www.AutoSmartUSA.com has expanded its pre-owned luxury car division and expects to additionally increase its bottom line by adding exotics and collectibles to its menu.
    Many of the exotic and rare vintage special edition cars will find their way into the "silent auction" category that will be expanded to include cybercast live auction events.
