Lawman Armor Corporation: How to Steal a $50,000 Car Using a $2 Screwdriver
Crime Expert Joins NASCAR Favorite Rusty Wallace to Unveil New Concept in Auto
Security; Press Conference to be Held During '99 APAA Show

BERWYN, Pa., Oct. 15 -- Sheriff Robert Erling, President of
the PA Sheriff's Association and seasoned expert on the auto theft industry,
will reveal the latest tools and techniques thieves are using to defeat
popular auto security devices. Sheriff Erling will speak during the Lawman
Armor Corporation press conference, held to officially announce UNBRAKEABLE
AUTOLOCK -- the first anti-theft device of its kind to attach to the brake
pedal to prevent a vehicle from being stolen. The press conference will take
place during the APAA '99 Show at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The press conference will be held on Wednesday, November 3, 1999 from
        1:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. in room 103 of the Sands Expo Center.
        Lunch will be provided.

The UNBRAKEABLE AUTOLOCK is the first anti-theft device of its kind
designed to prevent auto theft by locking one of the strongest parts of the
car -- the solid steel brake pedal. Unlike typical steering wheel locks,
which can be removed in seconds simply by cutting the steering wheel,
AUTOLOCK's hardened steel structure combined with the solid steel brake pedal
make it virtually impossible to remove. Once the AUTOLOCK is in place, the
brake pedal cannot be depressed, and the vehicle cannot be stolen. In
addition, because the size, strength and dimensions of the brake pedal are
standardized in most vehicles, the one-size AUTOLOCK fits most cars, trucks,
sport utility vehicles and vans.
UNBRAKEABLE AUTOLOCK will be on display in the Lawman Armor booth - #8949
(lower level) in the Sands Convention Center -- during the course of the APAA
show.
Also featured at the press conference will be Rusty Wallace, one of
NASCAR's most popular drivers. Wallace is currently ranked in the Top 10 for
1999 winnings. He has been racing NASCAR for over 15 years and has 49 career
NASCAR Winston Cup wins. He currently races the #2 car with the Miller Team
Penske on the 1999 circuit. Rusty Wallace will be signing autographs on
November 3, 1999 from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m. at the Lawman Armor Corporation booth,
located in the Sands Convention Center, booth #8949 (lower level).
NASCAR racing is the largest spectator sport in the United States, with a
viewing audience of more than 75 million people.
