Dollar Offers Japan Airlines Mileage Bank Members Double Bonus Miles

    TULSA, Okla., Sept. 30 -- Dollar Rent A Car is offering
double bonus miles to all Japan Airlines Mileage Bank(R) members who rent any
size DOLLAR(R) car, for any length of time through January 31, 2000.
    Mileage Bank members will receive an additional 300 bonus miles per rental
transaction (600 total miles) through January 31, 2000.  This bonus offer
applies to leisure rates only and is available at participating U.S.
locations.  Blackout dates are December 16, 1999, through January 3, 2000.
Members need only give their Mileage Bank frequent traveler number at the time
of rental to receive their bonus miles.
