Popular Auto Trader Classified Magazines Get FaceliftNORFOLK, Va., Aug. 30 -- After 25 years with the same look and feel, Auto Trader Magazine along with a variety of Trader titles, so prevalent in local grocery and convenience stores, are adopting an updated cover design. The former covers are being replaced with a fresh, multi- colored look. "We have used the same cover on Auto Trader since 1974," explains Mitch Brooks, president of Trader Target Publications, a division of Trader Publishing Company. "The old cover has served us well, but it was time to come out with a new look which will appeal to a larger group of readers." Trader Publishing Company feels its new cover design better communicates the information the magazines contain to people looking to buy a used car, truck, boat or motorcycle. "More people are buying used vehicles than ever before," said Brooks. "Used vehicles in our publications are going to appeal to almost any buyer, whether they are looking for a late model sport utility vehicle or an older fixer-upper. Our content reflects the wide range of vehicles that are for sale each week and includes a picture of the item for sale." The cover changes impact Auto Trader, Truck Trader, Boat Trader, Cycle Trader, RV Trader, Big Truck Trader and Heavy Equipment Trader magazines. Trader Publishing Company is headquartered in Norfolk, Va. With local sales offices in 104 U.S. cities, Trader's 335 print publications are distributed through approximately 150,000 distribution points in 32 states. Trader Publishing Company's weekly circulation exceeds 4 million.
