    NIWOT, Colo., March 25 -- The Dii Group, Inc. ,
today announced that it has been chosen by UT Automotive, Inc. (UTA), a
subsidiary of United Technologies, to develop and manufacture computer system
platforms for its deltaVIEW line of in-vehicle computing products.  DeltaVIEW
uses Microsoft Windows CE as the software platform to operate the vehicle's
multimedia, information, communication and entertainment accessories.

    The Dii Technology Center team located at Dovatron International in
Binghamton, New York, is providing engineering support, schematic capture,
printed circuit board (PCB) layout, PCB fabrication, prototype development of
finished assemblies, box build, final functional test and support of field
programmable gate array conversions to ASICs.
    Bill Jarocha, UT Automotive Product Development Manager, commented:

to UTA to support the development and launch of deltaVIEW to the automotive
industry.  Dii's integrated solution results in fast turn-around times and
rapid prototyping, enabling UTA to significantly reduce the product

product introduction schedule we plan for this product."
    The team at the Dii Technology Center in Binghamton was chosen for its
abilities to provide superior service during the critical product development
phase and to implement the leading-edge technologies offered by the Dii Group.
Dii's sophisticated and structured New Product Development Process, coupled
with its Design Implementation and Manufacturing Plan, provides UTA a clear
development and manufacturing path from product concept through final box
build and distribution.
