LAVERDA Motorcycles Set for Comeback in New York; Redline Motorsports Named Exclusive Manhattan Dealer
    NEW YORK, March 16 -- Never say never says Motor Laverda USA
as the Italy's leading motorcycle manufacturer announces today the
reintroduction of LAVERDA motorcycles to the United States. The company also
announced today that Redline Motorsports will serve as the exclusive Manhattan
based dealer of the new line.
    The LAVERDA lineup has not been available to the US marketplace since
1983.  LAVERDA's rich history in road racing throughout Europe helped the
company gain prominence in the 1970's and early 80's, as it was the leading
builder of reliable, fast motorcycles.  In 1976, LAVERDA built what was the
fastest production motorcycle in the world, the legendary JOTA 1000 three
cylinder.

high quality, hand-built Italian sport motorcycles with an emphasis on

    All new LAVERDAS meet all EPA and D.O.T. requirements.  In addition,
LAVERDAS current lineup of modem 750 twins features a fuel injected, liquid
cooled, multi valve powerplant that matches impressive horsepower with some
of the best brakes, suspension, and chassis components available.
