National Auto Credit Announces Resignation of Acting President
    SOLON, Ohio, Nov. 23 -- National Auto Credit, Inc.
(OTC BULLETIN BOARD: NAKD) announced today that, effective immediately, Mr.
Edward T. Anderson, Acting President, has resigned for personal reasons.  Mr.
Tom Cross, Interim Chief Executive Officer will assume the additional
responsibilities of Acting President.
    The Company further announced that it has retained A.T. Kearney, Inc., a
leading national executive search firm, to conduct a search for a permanent
Chief Executive Officer.
    National Auto Credit, Inc. is a specialized financial services company
providing funding, receivables management and collection services to
automobile dealers who sell and finance the purchase of vehicles to retail
consumers with limited access to consumer credit.
