Shoreline Pacific Manages $10M Private Placement for Excelsior-Henderson Motorcycle Manufacturing Company


    SAUSALITO, Calif.--Sept. 8, 1998--Shoreline Pacific Institutional Finance, the Institutional Division of Financial West Group (Member NASD/SIPC), announced today that it has completed a $10 million convertible preferred stock private placement with a single institutional investor for Excelsior-Henderson Motorcycle Manufacturing Company .
    The investor has also committed to make an additional $3 million investment in the company upon the satisfaction of certain closing conditions.
    As stated in the company's press release issued today, the proceeds from this offering will be used primarily to fund working capital needs and for general corporate purposes.
