The Auxer Group Announces Agreement to Manufacture Tester Products for Warren Distribution


    WAYNE, N.J.--Aug. 20, 1998--The Auxer Group, Inc. (OTC BB - AXGI) announced its subsidiary, the Harvey Westbury Corporation, is manufacturing, assembling, and packaging a variety of tester products for Warren Distribution, Omaha, NE, a TOP 100 Automotive Distributor according to the Directory of Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers. Warren was established in 1922, is ISO 9001 registered and lists over $79 Million in annual revenues and over 2000 domestic retail clients. Warren is aggressively promoting the line from now through the fall season with headline catalog advertising and attractive pricing. Additionally, the two companies are researching other synergistical opportunities that may exist.
